Buffets

We are happy to upgrade the day delegate packages with the following lunches. Simply speak to the team about which requirements you would like to change.

Fork Buffet - a selection of delicious favourites

 

A choice of two of the following:


Lamb Tagine

Prime leg of English lamb, gently braised with Moroccan spice and finished with dried fruits.  Served with barley couscous

Mediterranean Chicken

Pan seared supreme of chicken accompanied by slow roasted plum tomatoes enriched with basil and served with glazed penne pasta.

Warm Salmon Nicoise 

Grilled salmon fillet on a warm bed of green beans and potato salad.

Beef Stroganoff

Finest flamed beef with forest mushrooms and shallots finished with thick cream and served with boiled rice.

Vegetable Goulash

Seasonal vegetables bound with a tomato and smoked paprika sauce accompanied by fruity couscous

Salad

Add a green, mixed or tomato salad for an additional £4.75 per person.
