Day Delegate Rates

By selecting one of our delegate packages you can ensure that all areas of your event with us have been catered for and be confident that you are receiving the highest possible standards.

In addition to the regular components of the traditional day delegate rate we will ensure that you receive complimentary pads and pens for each of your delegates, an afternoon ‘pick-me-up’ bowl of sweets, the assistance of our Conference Liaison Officer and a continuous supply of chilled bottled water. Please note that minimum numbers apply to all packages.

Package 1

• A flipchart with paper and pens
• A screen suitable for use with an LCD projector.
• Wi-Fi internet access
• Room hire
• Two servings of tea, coffee and biscuits
• A delicious selection of finger food including lime and coriander mini chicken kebabs, oak smoked salmon and cream cheese on crisp bread, mediterrabnean focaccia, mini vegetable quiche selection and mini patisseries.  The buffet is accompanied by table water and a selection of juices
• 2-for-1 drinks vouchers for our bar from 5.00pm on the evening of the event.
• £45.00 pp plus VAT - Upgrade with a third serving of refreshments for £3.10 per person

Package 2

• Two servings of tea, coffee and biscuits
• A selection of sandwichs, wraps and baguettes with a variety of fillings, plus crisps and a fresh fruit platter. The buffet is accompanied by table water and a selection of juices
• 2-for-1 drinks vouchers for our bar from 5.00pm on the evening of your event
• £42.00 pp plus VAT - to upgrade with a third serving of refreshments please add £3.10
