The feedback from myself is that you are very easy to work with, great communication and I felt as though you had a great process in place to make sure you gained all the information you needed to make sure the event ran smoothly and that you were always on top of the organising of the event. This is the second consecutive year that BCOM has held its Awards Ceremony at the Park Crescent Conference Centre, and once again we were very pleased with the choice of venue to host our event.
Nicoleta was at hand to help throughout the planning process in the run up to the event, and the staff on the day were efficient and professional, helping to make the event run on schedule.
The Awards Ceremony is one of the most important events in the college year for BCOM and the feedback received from students, parents and staff was both positive and complimentary.

My Chief Officer who I booked the meeting for, is very happy with your venue and had requested that I book with you again as he liked the venue so much when he used the Park Crescent Conference Centre previously.
His comments were that it is in an excellent location for transport links (his meeting was attended by people from various locations including Dover, Colchester and Brighton) and the quality of meeting room, catering and equipment was very high.

Amanda, our Regional teams and I would like to say a huge thank you for all the amazing support and the fantastic venue for our 'Making every Moment Special' engagement sessions last week. Without your patience and commitment to meeting all our needs we would not have been able to pull off such a mammoth task where over 460 staff were engaged including key stake holders from Head Office on what was the definitely the hottest week of the year!
The air conditioned room with all the tables laid out as required, the lectern, microphones, sound equipment and screens were second to none and gave a professional and high quality delivery of many key messages and go do's for all our teams to take back and share in their stores.
The catering facilities were fantastic and your consistent topping up of water and fabulous pastries and sandwiches were much appreciated and commented on repeatedly as each session took place.
Finally, every member of your team could not have been more willing to help and take any stress away from us, whether it was turning the air conditioning up, getting Amanda and I our own fan, printing documents and letting us store equipment and gifts for the tables or just simply answering our millions of questions - it was never any trouble.
The venue was a perfect and central location for all our teams to travel to and we will certainly consider using you again in the future.

We were absolutely delighted, and nobody to my knowledge had anything but praise for the facilities and the service. It was particularly helpful that you showed us the operation of the projector, the PA, the lighting and the air conditioning as we did use / adjust them all during the meeting.
People liked the room, and it worked well acoustically with that layout.
Value for money seems about right and we have no plans to look for any other venue for our annual meeting.
We have used Park Crescent Conference Centre several times in the past as you provide very good service at a very reasonable price. Once again, we were right to our trust in you. Everything went very well on the day, thanks to your great organisation and efficiency. I appreciate all the thought and work that went into making sure everything went smoothly, including the kind technician who came in to make sure that everything was working well and to give me the wifi code.
I really have nothing to complain about - except for maybe that it was a little bit noisy at one point with heavy works going on (I think it was outside the building). However, that didn't last long and none of the candidates complained.
I was very happy with the way the event went, and we will certainly be using PCCC again in the future.

PCCC is an absolute gem for meeting rooms and conferences. Conveniently located by Great Portland Street tube. On entering the lobby you go up a sweeping staircase to the function rooms which are fully equipped with AV equipment as required. The rooms are light and airy with large windows overlooking Park Crescent or across to Regents Park. I found all the staff extremely helpful and friendly, and happy to respond quickly to any request. The venue had a big role to play in the success of my recent 'Inspire Your Peeps' workshop- all the delegates loved it and so I won't hesitate to use it again.
Just a short note to say thanks so much for everything you did in the preparation for our Away Day last week.
The event went really well and the staff at Park Crescent couldn't do enough for us - they were superb and so diligent in their approach.
We will certainly be recommending it as an external venue should BBC have to go out of house again.

The conference was a success and thank you and your team for your efforts both before it and on the day. Feedback from the delegates was very good, they thought the venue worked well for the format of running separate sessions in two rooms and liked having the whole first floor for the day. Delegates from our annual Access to HE Conference, held on 1 October 2013, commented on the high quality of the lunch provided, the abundance of coffee available and the spaciousness of the theatre room. From the first contact to the last, I found the staff at The Park Crescent Conference centre so helpful and responsive, a rare find in London these days. PCCC shone as usual. We had really positive comments about the food, and we are thrilled that there was very little left over. You and Ryan, and the AV technician were fantastic as always. Helpful, professional, nothing too much trouble. It all goes towards making us less stressed.
On behalf of apdo-uk I want to thank you, Ryan and your entire conference team for doing a magnificent job and looking after us so well at our conference on Monday - we were absolutely delighted how it turned out. Thank you for arranging for the change of room - the set-up worked well and looked great (much better than I thought it would). The food was excellent - both beautifully presented (I wish I'd had a photo of it) and tasty!
I heard several people say what a great venue it was, and the fact that food was served in the bar in the evening worked very well for us - especially as we were entertained by The Voice contestant Ben Kelly, which delighted the ladies who recognised him from his appearance on tv at the weekend - it was the perfect end to a perfect day!
